Mojito Mocktail Iced Tea Recipe
Non-alcoholic cocktails are the drinks trend of the year, and we’ve used the refreshing flavour of Nerada Organics Peppermint tea in this booze-free mojito you can serve through Dry January, Feb Fast, Dry July, Sober October and beyond.
- 6 Nerada Organics Peppermint tea bags
- 2 tbs maple syrup
- 1 cup mint leaves
- 3 limes, quartered
- Crushed ice, to serve
- Combine tea bags and 1L (4 cups) water in a large jug. Cover and chill for 3 hours or until cool. Discard tea bags.
- Place maple syrup, mint and lime in a large jug and gently crush with a muddler or end of a rolling pin. Stir in cooled peppermint tea and ice. Serve immediately.
